Quality control systems
Project: Automated detection of possible perforation and puncture defects when manufacturing road guard elements.

Implementation: A camera is set up above the conveyor belt. Using the signals from the production line encoder, we put multiple camera frames together into a full image of the product, combining them and pre-compensating any optical aberrations. Based on the image generated, necessary perforations or punctures are detected, their type is determined, and a blueprint of the product is generated. The blueprint is then compared to the model product, and a decision is made about its conformance. Information is delivered to the conveyor's managing system in real time. Each determination incident is stored in the database for as long as the client specifies they need it to.

Value: Quality control is automated and devoid of potential corruption.
