Project: A system for measuring pipe geometry in order to determine any possible deviation from the perfect circumference or any violations of the pre-defined perimeter.
Implementation: A calibrated camera is set up in available locations; mathematical models are used to build projections of points of interest in the surrounding space, and the product's geometric parameters are calculated. The optical approach allows controlling even multilayer objects of the kind.
Value: Reducing the rejects rate and increasing the overall volume of production.
